Our three phase Disputes Analysis System involves you at each step. Dispute resolution can be a lengthy process, so we provide milestones along the way to make sure you can assess the cost of closing a claim or continuing with the analysis.

Preliminary Phase – We start with a thorough review of the rights and responsibilities of all parties involved in the dispute. Special emphasis is given to understanding the nature of the claims; strengths, weaknesses, identification of the issues in dispute, and a preliminary review of the life of the project. Uncovering the real story behind the scenes allows us to provide a fair and unbiased analysis that in turn helps our clients make crucial decisions about their case. We will cost effectively present an actionable assessment and recommendation report along with an estimate of cost to proceed to the next phase.

Interim Phase – the bulk of a claim’s analysis will be done in this phase including: project site visits and interviews, analysis of scheduling, accounting and technical issues, leading to an interim report and client review.

Final Phase – Final phase efforts begin to prepare for the probability of a formal resolution presentation. Standing Neutral – this relatively new method for project monitoring optimizes the interests of all parties involved in the construction project. Project Development serves as a standing neutral third party observer whose time and expertise is paid for by all involved parties. The standing neutral’s primary role is to act immediately to conclude any disputes that the parties to the contract cannot resolve themselves.
